The following rules describe the Terms and Conditions under which any interested person may participate in the "Subway Ghost Pepper Cancun” contest (the "Sweepstakes"), sponsored by Prestige Holdings Ltd.
RULES: Customer is entitled to one chance for the purchase of any Ghost Pepper Bread 6-INCH SUB; and two chances for the purchase of a Ghost Pepper Bread FOOTLONG sub (the second chance will be auto-generated). One entry/submission per receipt. Competition dates: July 2 – August 31, 2026. One grand prize winner to be drawn randomly from all qualifying entries on September 3, 2026. Prize consists of an All-Inclusive Trip for two (2) persons to Cancun, Mexico, including return airfare on COPA Airlines for two (2) persons, and four (4) nights hotel accommodation for two (2) persons at an all-inclusive hotel.
Random Draw: Winners will be selected at random from among all eligible entries collected during the Entry Period of the Promotion. The draw will be supervised by Prestige Holdings Audit Team whose decisions and interpretations on all matters relating to the Promotion and these official rules are final and binding in all aspects. Prestige Holdings Ltd reserves the right to disqualify any winner and may refuse to award a prize to a person who is not eligible or has violated a rule, gained unfair advantage in the Promotion, or obtained winner status using fraudulent means. If there is a dispute about the identity of the winner, prize will be awarded to the natural person to whom the number is assigned. If winner is found to be ineligible or not in compliance with promotion rules, winner will be disqualified and the alternate winner will be awarded the prize in a separate random draw. Winner will be notified by telephone. Inability for Subway to contact winner by telephone within 72 hours after selection, may result in disqualification of winner and an alternate winner may be selected in a random draw at Subway’s discretion. Execution of the prize will be facilitated at a date/time convenient to the winner and once the Supplier can accommodate. Prize must be collected and travel completed by June 11, 2027, and may not take place during the following blackout dates:

General Terms / Labilities: By entering this Promotion, you promise to abide by the official rules and decisions of the business, which will be final and binding in all respects. Subway® and Prestige Holdings Ltd reserves the right, at its sole discretion to refuse, disqualify or withdraw any entry at any time. Subway® and Prestige Holdings Ltd will not be responsible for injury, damage or loss of any kind arising out of participation in this Promotion. YOU AGREE TO RELEASE, DISCHARGE AND HOLD HARMLESS SUBWAY, PRESTIGE HOLDINGS LTD, ITS AFFILIATES, SUBSIDAIRES, EMPLOYEES, OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, AGENTS AND ASSIGNS FROM AND AGAINST ANY OR ALL CLAIMS, LOSSES, INJURIES OR DAMAGES RESULTING FROM PARTICIPATING IN THIS PROMOTION. Except where prohibited by law, by accepting prize, winner grants Subway a perpetual royalty free license to use winners name, photograph, compensation, or renumeration of any kind for advertising, promotion and other publicity purposes in any and all media now or hereafter.
