This website, located at https://www.subway-tt.com/, and its official online ordering subdomain,https://orders.subway-tt.com/ (collectively referred to as the "Site" or "Services"), are operated by Prestige Holdings Limited (hereinafter referred to as "Prestige Holdings Limited"), the exclusive, authorised regional master franchisee of Subway® IP LLC.
Please read these Terms of Use carefully before using our Services. By accessing, browsing, or using the Site—including placing an online takeaway or delivery order—you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy. 1. Corporate Identity & Authorised Use
Prestige Holdings Limited grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and make personal, non-commercial use of this Site.
As a user, you agree that you will not use the Site for any unlawful purpose, string-scraping, data mining, or actions that compromise the technical infrastructure of the Site. You must be at least 18 years of age, or the age of legal majority in Trinidad and Tobago, to register an account or place financial orders through the Site.
2. Digital Accounts & Security
To access certain features of the Site, such as specialised regional offers, order histories, or faster checkout experiences, you may be required to register an account.
Accuracy: You agree to provide true, accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process.
Liability: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials (username and password) and for restricting access to your computer or mobile device. Prestige Holdings Limited accepts no liability for unauthorised transactions executed under your account due to a failure to secure your login credentials.
3. Online Ordering, Pricing, & Third-Party Integration
Prestige Holdings Limited offers digital food ordering infrastructure for consumer convenience.
Third-Party Processing: Online takeaway and delivery ordering processing services are technically managed, hosted, and deployed in conjunction with our authorised third-party e-commerce engine vendor, Hungrrr (HGR Technology Ltd), operating securely via https://orders.subway-tt.com/.
Menu and Pricing: Menu items, localised promotional offers, and pricing displayed on the Site are specific to Subway® restaurants operating within Trinidad and Tobago. Prices are quoted in Trinidad and Tobago Dollars (TTD) unless explicitly stated otherwise. Prestige Holdings Limited reserves the right to alter pricing, menus, or delivery availability at any time without prior notice.
Order Acceptance: The receipt of an email order confirmation does not constitute the final acceptance of an order. Prestige Holdings Limited reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order due to supply chain shortages, operational branch constraints, or suspected fraudulent activity.
4. Payment Disclosures & Transaction Security
All online transactions are processed through highly secure, encrypted third-party payment gateways.
Bank Authorisations: When you submit an online order via credit card or debit card, a temporary authorisation hold may be placed on your account by your issuing financial institution to verify the availability of funds.
Transaction Reversals: In the event that an online order is rejected, cancelled, or cannot be fulfilled by the restaurant branch, Prestige Holdings Limited will immediately initiate a transaction reversal request. Please note that the time required for the funds to reflect back into your available balance is dictated entirely by your local banking institution and is outside the operational control of Prestige Holdings Limited or Hungrrr.
5. Cancellation, Refund, & Return Policy
Because all food products ordered via the Site are freshly prepared upon order confirmation, strict transactional limits apply:
No Customer Cancellations: Once an order has been finalised and submitted on the Site, it is automatically routed to the local branch kitchen. Consequently, orders cannot be cancelled or modified by the customer after submission.
Refund Inquiries: If you are unsatisfied with the quality of your food, if items are missing from your order, or if an operational error occurred, you must contact the specific fulfilling restaurant branch immediately. Alternatively, you can escalate the matter to our corporate support desk by emailing phl.customerservice@phl-tt.com or calling 800-4SUB.
Verification: Valid proof of purchase, order number, and description of the fulfilment discrepancy are required to process any corporate credit or refund adjustments.
6. Intellectual Property & Trademarks
All content included on this Site—such as text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, digital downloads, menu item names, and data compilations—is the property of Subway® IP LLC or Prestige Holdings Limited and is protected by local and international copyright and trademark laws.
